Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the highest management organ of the Corporation elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders including 05 members with a term of 05 (five) years. The Board of Directors is on behalf of the Corporation to decide all matters relating to the interests of the Corporation, except for the matters that under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders. The rights and duties of the Board of Directors are stipulated in the Charter of the Corporation.
