Executive Board
The Executive Board is appointed by the Board of Directors, including: General Director, 02 Deputy General Directors and Chief Accountant.
The General Director manages and decides all matters related to the Corporation's production and business activities and be responsible to the Board of Directors for the performance of the assigned rights and obligations.
The Deputy General Directors assisting the General Director, authorized or assigned by the General Director in charge of a number of tasks and fields of specialized management, must actively manage, organize the implementation and promptly handle timely, timely and definitely from the beginning to the end of the work, not allowing the work to be congested, regularly reporting the work situation to the General Director. Being responsible to the General Director, Board of Directors, and State laws for the assigned tasks.
Chief Accountant directly acts as Head of Finance - Accounting. Being responsible directly to the General Director and the Law for the work within the scope of responsibilities and powers of the Chief Accountant in accordance with the Corporation and the current Law.
