General Meeting Of Shareholders

The General Meeting of Shareholders includes all shareholders with voting rights which is the highest authority of the Corporation. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is held once a year. Rights and duties of the General Meeting of Shareholders are stipulated in the Charter of the Corporation.
