The Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board has 03 (three) members elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders with a term of 05 (five) years.

The Supervisory Board is responsible for checking the rationality and legality in the management activities of the Board of Directors, the executive activities of the General Director and the Financial Statements. The Supervisory Board operates independently of the Board of Directors and the General Director.
